Crisp Romaine lettuce tossed with our own homemade dressing. Topped with a few bits of bacon, garlicky croutons and a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Bend Salad $ 9.95
This salad is our own little creation. We start with crisp romaine lettuce and toss it with a light vinaigrette, top it off with a few spicy nuts, get crazy with some craisins and sprinkle with a little feta!

Crab Quiche
A tender buttery pastry surrounding a velvety smooth egg and cheese custard with chunks of imitation crab and a few green onions --- who thought egg pie could be this good.
Veggie
Pick a pickled pepper and partner
them up with a bevy of veggies piled on a fresh baked whole wheat Kaiser bun, sprinkled with a bit of feta and
you've got a garden party in your mouth.
Chicken
Prime fresh chicken breast roasted, sliced and served on a fresh baked whole wheat Kaiser bun, dressed with our own mango chutney, red onion and fresh greens. This chutney has become so popular, we bottled some up for sale!
Pork
Slow roasted pulled pork piled onto a fresh baked
whole wheat Kaiser bun, accompanied by our own cranberry red pepper relish, red onions and fresh greens. That's all folks!
Beef
Thinly sliced sirloin served on a fresh baked whole wheat Kaiser bun, fresh greens, red onions, dill pickle, and our specially prepared mustard horseradish. Mmmm Beefy!

These crackers are made right here in British Columbia and they are simply delicious. Try them with sliced apples ans a round of garlic and herb soft Boursin cheese.
